Payment options
Payment
You will receive a very high quality product that is printed on your demand. I do not have any giclees in stock. Therefore all sales are final. I will not accept any returns (except when the artwork was received damaged), exchanges, or give refunds. 50% Of the total order, including shipping, is due with placing the order. Your giclee will be printed after receipt of that 50%. The other 50% will be due within 10 business days after you are notified by us that your artwork is ready to be shipped. Your artwork will be shipped immediately after receipt of the last payment.
I accept bank payments or PayPal. However I am always willing to discuss another way of payment with you.
Lay-Away
Artwork from $ 500.-- and over is eligible for lay-away. Contact me if you want me to put an artwork on lay-away for you.
Payment will be in 3 evenly monthly payments unless agreed otherwise.
Purchases from $ 5,000.-- and over can be spread over 6 evenly monthly payments unless agreed otherwise. Your artwork will be shipped immediately after receipt o the last payment.
If for any reason you have to skip a monthly payment, contact me upfront in writing, not by email, and I will try to work out a solution with you.
If you fail to notify me when you miss a payment, there will be no discussion and the order will automatically be cancelled. The payments already made will not be refunded.
By placing an order with me, you automatically confirm to agree with all of the above.
